In what could be his ticket to a PXC Flyweight crown Ernesto "IRON" Montilla, Jr. dominated and submitted former PXC flyweight champ Ali Cali in the very first round of their scheduled three round flyweight fight at the main event of PXC 43 in Ynares Sports Arena Pasig City.

A product of Fightworks MMA, Montilla showed the MMA community that he's riped and ready for a title shot and could be the next big thing in the 125 weight class after he made Ale Cali tap out with his perfectly placed arm bar at the halfway mark of the first round.

The fight started as both fighters didn't waste time to read each others game plan by throwing jabs and kicks to and tried to knockout each other with their powerful punches, a successful takedown by Montilla seemed to be the beginning of the end for Cali who also lost his last fight on the ground with a ground-and-pound beating from former PXC Flyweight Champ and now UFC prospect Louis Smolka.

Cali tried to stop the inevitable arm bar by pushing his opponent and tried to pull his arm out but the very versatile Montilla Jr. made his submission skills to work made Cali turned that dropped him which resulted to a perfectly executed arm bar that made Cali tapped right away.
In his post fight interview Montilla Jr. said that after he heard the pop in his opponent arm he already knew that its over.

The next 2 rounds of the fight became a tossed up to the eyes of judges as both female gladiators threw their everything inside the terror dome.
